Keep AML/CTF information at your fingertips

Capture and manage AML/CTF information directly in Affinity

With AML/CTF requirements continuing to evolve, firms need practical ways to capture, manage and report on compliance information.

The new D&D AML/CTF DataForms for Affinity provide a simple, self-service solution for recording AML/CTF check information directly against Phonebook and Matter records in Affinity.

The DataForms give firms a structured place to document and track AML/CTF checks, helping bring basic compliance support into their existing Affinity environment.

What’s new?
New AML/CTF DataForms are available for both Phonebook and Matter records, allowing firms to capture relevant AML/CTF check information directly within Affinity.

The information captured can also be used to build reports, providing greater visibility of AML/CTF activity across your client and matter records.

Key features
Capture AML/CTF check information. Record relevant AML/CTF information directly against Phonebook and Matter records, creating a central and structured record within Affinity.

Build reports
Use the information captured in the DataForms to create reports and gain greater visibility of AML/CTF checks across your firm.

Unity Search integration
Access Unity Search directly from the DataForms to perform AML/CTF checks, providing a convenient way to connect your checking process with the information recorded in Affinity.

Self service
The DataForms are designed as a simple self service solution, allowing firms to get started without requiring support for installation.

Flexible and customisable
The DataForms provide a practical foundation that can be further configured and customised to suit your firm’s specific requirements through Professional Services.

Supports core AML/CTF information
The DataForms cover the basic information required by AUSTRAC and commonly required by AML/CTF check providers.

How can this help your firm?
The AML/CTF DataForms make it easier to document and track checks against clients and matters opened in Affinity.

They provide a structured place to capture information that can be used alongside reporting or data received from your AML/CTF check provider, helping firms maintain better visibility of their compliance activity.

By bringing basic AML/CTF compliance support into Affinity, relevant information can be captured alongside existing client and matter records.

Tailored to your firm’s needs
The DataForms provide a practical foundation for firms looking to introduce AML/CTF information capture into Affinity.

If your firm requires additional fields, workflows, reporting or configuration, our Professional Services team can help tailor the DataForms to suit your specific requirements.
