HOW DOES LIVESIGN VOI WORK?

Step 1
You (Conveyancer) begin the transaction by sending VOI request or eCAF to your client(s). -
Step 2
Client receives an email and text message containing a weblink to begin their verification. -
Step 3
Client is prompted to read all pages and then sign. -
Step 4
Client will be directed to the Livesign app to complete their VOI.

Step 5
Client is prompted to capture images of their ID and their face. -
Step 6
You will receive notification letting you know when all client(s) have completed the verification. -
Step 7
You can then download the VOI documents for your own records from either your PMS, Livesign or Unity™ Search.
