Customer Support operating hours will reduce from Monday, 22nd December to Friday, 2nd January inclusive, 9am – 5pm AEST. Standard business hours will resume Monday, 5th January 2026.
Software Solutions support will be closed from Monday, 22nd December to Friday, 2nd January inclusive. Operating hours will reduce to 9am – 5pm AEST Monday, 5th January until Friday, 9th January 2026. This includes Unity Practice Management, Dye & Durham Terrain, Open Practice, SettsPlus, Matter Centre, Conveyancing Manager and ATOM
