When does the price adjustment take effect? 

The updated pricing will take effect on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, for Unity SearchSearch Manager Classic, and Terrain customers. 

 

How much are prices increasing? 

Service fees are increasing by 7.5% for customers not currently on fixed-term (ARR) contracts.
This includes an underlying CPI adjustment.

 

I’m on a contract. Are my prices changing? 

No. If you are currently under contract, this price increase does not apply to you. 

 

Why is this price increase necessary? 

Rising operational costs have made an increase necessary to ensure we can continue delivering high-quality service and invest in product enhancements. If you’re interested in discussing your pricing, please speak with your Account Manager or contact apac.accountmanagement@dyedurham.com

 

Will there still be an authority fee update on July 1? 

Yes. Most authority fees changes occur annually on July 1 and are separate from this service fee increase. 

 

Will prices change again soon? 

This is our first service fee price change in 12 months. We have no further price changes planned at this time. If you’re interested in locking in pricing, please contact your Account Manager or apac.accountmanagement@dyedurham.com to learn more. 

 

Does the price change apply to all customers? 

The 7.5% increase applies to all customers not currently on a fixed-term contract. 

 

Can I move to a fixed-term contract? 

Yes, fixed-term contracts are available to customers who meet a minimum spend threshold. Contact your Account Manager or apac.accountmanagement@dyedurham.com to learn more. 

 

Will billing processes or payment methods change? 

No. All billing and payment processes will remain the same. 

 

How can I explain this price increase to my clients? 

Most customers will understand the impact of inflationary pressures on all sectors of the Australian market.

 

What new features are being added to justify the increase? 

We regularly update our platform with new features and enhancements

 

If I use more than one Dye & Durham product, am I eligible for preferred rates? 

Customers on contracts may be eligible for preferred pricing across select products. Please contact your Account Manager or apac.accountmanagement@dyedurham.com to learn more.
