NSW

  • The Hills Shire 
    • Please be advised that due to end of financial year process, ePathway services will be unavailable from 2pm, Friday 28th June 2024.
    • Services will be available on 1st of July 2024.
  • Central Coast
    • The council’s payment gateway will be offline from 4 pm on June 28, 2024, until 8:30 am on July 1, 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience during this period
  • Tweed
    • Council’s ePayment and Property Services portal will be unavailable from 4 pm Thursday 27 June to Monday 1 July.
  • QPRC
    • To allow for end of financial year processing our online eServices system will be unavailable from 5pm Saturday 30 June until late Monday 1 July.
    • This affects payment made via our website, online enquiries for development applications, online certificate requests and lodging job applications.
    • Our customer service centres will not be able to process credit card payments until our systems are back.

VIC

  • Southern Grampians Shire

    • 2024/25 Land Information Certificate application fee for properties will be $29.70 per application.

    • We will not be issuing Certificates between 26 June and 3 July 2024. Any applications received between this time will be processed once we have rates uploaded from 3 July 2024.

    • If you require a Rates Estimate during this time, we will be able to provide them from 26 June, please email your requests to rates@sthgrampians.vic.gov.au
  • Kingston
    • Kingston Council will not be generating any Land Information Certificates from 24/06/24 – 08/07/24 inclusive due to the new financial year.
    • Rate charges for 2024/25 will not be generated at that stage.
    • Any applications made this late into the financial year for creation of Section 32s (with sale/auction dates post 30/06/24) will need a new certificate to reflect the new year’s rate financials.
    • Any settlements between 24/06/24 – 30/06/24 it is presumed the conveyancers will have a Land Information Certificate and can still ring on the morning/afternoon before settlement to confirm any payments that have been made so they can prepare their Statement of Adjustments.
    • For settlements between 01/07/24 – 08/07/24 (only) the acting conveyancer (if they have a paid Land Information Certificate) can, again, ring, for confirmation of figures on rates only.
    • If the 2024/25 rates have been generated Rates Administration can confirm the rates so the conveyancer can make adjustments or give them the increase percentage expected.
    • Please refrain from applying for an urgent Land Information Certificate during this time. This service is not offered 24/06/24-08/07/24 inclusive.
    • Land Information Certificate generation will begin again 10/07/24 unless advised. Please inform your clients as they apply.
    • The Rates Admin team can only give rates figures to conveyancers who have an active Land Information Certificate during the above dates.
    • If an application has been made during these dates they will receive their certificate after generation commences 10/07/24.
  • Ballarat
    • Any Land Information Certificates applications received after 5.00pm Wednesday 26th June may not be processed due to End of Financial Year.
    • Please ensure all applications have been submitted and pending further information requests have been completed.
    • Any applications received after this time will be held until the new Rates have been struck and uploaded. This will be approximately the 3rd week in July.
  • Monash
    • Please be advised that Monash Council will stop processing Land Information Certificates from close of business on Monday 17th June 2024 .
    • We will start generating LIC applications soon after the new rate year has been struck.
    • We anticipate this to be within the first week of July 2024.
  • Whitehorse
    • Council will not be issuing LICS after close of business this Friday 21 June 2024, in preparation for the end of year rollover and generation.
    • We expect to commence issuing them during the week starting Monday 1 July 2024.

  • Brimbank
    • We will not be processing LICs from 24th June 2024 until the start of the new Financial Year
  • Wellington Shire
    • The Wellington Shire will not be producing Land Information Certificates from close of business 28 June 2024 until the 8 July 2024.
  • South Morang
    • Please be advised that Land Information certificates will be placed on a hold in preparation for the 2024-25 with the last batch processed being the 24th June 2024.
    • We anticipate resuming issuing land Information certificates from the 3rd July 2024, this will ensure that 2024-25 Council rates and charges will be available on certificates.
  • Bayside
    • Current financial year – any certificates ordered by noon on Friday 28th June,2024 will be processed, those ordered after noon may but no guarantees.
    • Due to the end of financial year processing, there will be NO certificates issued from 1st July,2024 for approximately two weeks.
    • We are currently aiming to be issuing again by close of business Monday 15th July 2024.
    • Priority certificates will then be processed first, although the standard turnaround timeframe will not apply.
  • Casey
    • Please be advised that Council will be unable to supply Land Information Certificates for the first couple of weeks in the new financial year as we organise the Rates and Charges for the 2024/25 Rating Year.
    • We are hoping to be able to begin issuing these again from Wednesday the 17th July – i.e Council will not be processing any Land Information Certificates between the 1st July 2024 to the 16th July 2024.
    • If you have any settlements scheduled between the 1st and 16th of July you may need to make some assumptions with regard to the 2024/25 Council rates based on the current (2023/24) years’ charges in which we will request that you ensure all applications relating to these properties are received by Council prior to the Close of Business on the 26th June 2024.
    • Any Land Information Certificate application received after close of business 26/6/24 may not be processed until the 17/7/2024
  • Melbourne Council
    • LICs will be issued up to close of business today – as soon as the rates for 2024/25 are uploaded into our system, we will resume issuing the certificates.
    • The exact timing is uncertain, but it typically occurs during the first week of July.
  • Warrnambool
    • We will not be issuing LIC’s within the first 2 weeks of July, being the 1st -12th of July 2024.
    • This will enable us time to get the 2024/25 Rates & Charges loaded in to our system.
  • Maroondah
    • We will not be issuing Land Information Certificates from 1/7/24.
    • The estimated date the 2024/25 Rates will be raised on our system is 22/7/24, however, this is subject to change as it is reliant on other factors.
    • Whilst we are unable to process the Land Information Certificates, we will provide verbal rates estimates for the new Financial Year for Land Information Certificate applications received leading up to and after the 1st July.

QLD

  • Townsville
    • Council will soon issue rate notices for the first half of the 2024/2025 financial year. Rates and charges for the period 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 will be available from Tuesday, 23 July 2024. Please be advised there may be delays in processing the following searches:
      • Acting for Vendor – Statement of Rating Position: lodged between Thursday, 18 July 2024 and Monday, 22 July 2024.
      • Full Rate and Property Search: lodged between Monday, 15 July 2024 and Friday, 19 July 2024.
      • If you urgently require an Acting for Vendor – Statement of Rating Position or Full Rate and Property Search lodged during this period, please contact Council.
    • Accessing Updated Rating Information:
      • If you have already been supplied with a Full Rate and Property Search in the current financial year and need the new rating information, you must submit a request for a Statement of Rating Position after 18 July 2024; no updated figures will be provided unless this search has been requested.
      • If your Full Rate and Property Search was supplied before 30 June 2024, you will need to lodge another Full Rate & Property Search.Should you have any enquiries regarding this matter, please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre on 13 48 10.
