| QLD | Noosa | The proposed budget for FY 26/27 will be adopted on 1 July 2026. Please note that, as before, any settlements from July 2026 should be held back until the new figures are available. As a reminder, any searches submitted now will only show the current rating period figures (1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026). The new figures are expected to be available in our system on Monday, 6 July 2026. Please note: If you have already submitted a search and the settlement date falls in the next rating period, you will need to submit another application in July 2026 if you require the new rating period figures. |
| VIC | Kingston Council | Kingston Council will not be generating any Land Information Certificates from 22/06/2026 – 03/07/26 inclusive due to the new financial year. Rate charges for 2026/2027 will not be generated at that stage. Any applications made this late into the financial year for creation of Section 32s (with sale/auction dates post 30/06/25) will need a new certificate to reflect the new year’s rate financials. Any settlements between 22/06/2026 – 03/07/26 it is presumed the conveyancers will have a Land Information Certificate and can still ring on the morning/afternoon before settlement to confirm any payments that have been made so they can prepare their Statement of Adjustments. Please refrain from applying for an urgent Land Information Certificate during this time. This service is not offered 22/06/26 to 03/07/26 inclusive. Land Information Certificate generation will begin again 06/07/25 unless advised. Please inform your clients as they apply. The Rates Admin team can only give rates figures to conveyancers who have an active Land Information Certificate during the above dates. If an application has been made during these dates they will receive their certificate after generation commences 06/07/25. |

| VIC | Casey | LIC processing will be paused from 5.00 pm on Monday 29 June 2026 and is expected to resume on Wednesday 15 July 2026. If you have settlements scheduled between 1 July and 14 July 2026, it may be necessary to make reasonable assumptions regarding the 2026/27 Council rates, based on the current 2025/26 charges. To minimise disruption, we request that all LIC applications for these properties are submitted prior to close of business on Monday 29 June 2026. |
| QLD | Logan | Please be advised that processing of the July to September 2026 rates levy will take place from 1 July to 6 July 2026, with the updated levy information available in our system from 7 July 2026. During this period, our capacity to process property search requests will be limited. Accordingly, any requests with a settlement date on or after 7 July 2026 will be held and processed once the new levy has been applied. | VIC | City of Melbourne | As in previous years, we will be pausing LIC processing for the final week of June. We will stop issuing certificates from 24/06/26 and resume once 2026-27 rates are updated in our system. Usually this is within the first couple of days of July, but can occasionally take longer. We will be running a priority queue for urgent LICs over this period. Please contact us at rates@melbourne.vic.gov.au or 03 9658 9759 to advise of any urgent certificates and we will action those as soon as possible once the updated rates are available. And if there are any last minute requests for properties settling before 30 June, please let us know and we can action those during the shutdown – please be sure to note that they don’t require 2026-27 rates so they don’t end up in the other queue. |
| NSW | Central Coast Council | Council’s Property and Payments online portal will be unavailable from 12noon on Tuesday, 30 June until 9am on Friday 3 July 2026. | NSW | City of Parramatta | Online Services will be unavailable from 5:00pm 29 June 2026 to 8:30am 1 July 2026 due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. |
| VIC | Warrnambool City Council | As we are approaching the End of Financial Year, this email is to advise you of our process of Land Information Certificates during this time. We are going to stop issuing LIC’s within the first 2 weeks of July, being the 1st – 14th of July 2026. This will enable us time to get the 2026/27 Rates & Charges loaded into our system. We are currently issuing Certificates until 30th of June 2026 with an Estimated Total 2026/27 Rates & Charges on the second page of the certificate, for any properties settling from 1 July 2026 onwards. If you have any properties settling in the first 2 weeks of July, it would be strongly advised you apply for your certificates as soon as possible so that we can include this information for you. |
