VIC | Monash | Please be advised that Monash Council will stop processing Land Information Certificates from close of business on Monday 23rd June 2025. Council will start generating LIC applications soon after the new rate year has been struck. Council anticipates this to be within the first week of July 2025. If the applicant has settlement in the new financial year, Council suggests holding off on placing an online LIC order till July 2025. This will allow the new rates for the financial year 25/26 to be available. |
VIC | Kingston | Kingston Council will not be generating any Land Information Certificates from 26/06/25 – 07/07/25 inclusive due to the new financial year. Rate charges for 2025/26 will not be generated at that stage.
Any applications made this late into the financial year for creation of Section 32s (with sale/auction dates post 30/06/25) will need a new certificate to reflect the new year’s rate financials. For any settlements between 26/06/25 – 30/06/25 it is presumed conveyancers will have requested a Land Information Certificate and can still ring on the morning/afternoon before settlement to confirm any payments that have been made so they can prepare their Statement of Adjustments. Please refrain from applying for an urgent Land Information Certificate during this time. This service is not offered 26/06/25 – 07/07/25 inclusive. |
