- Encourage at least one team member to join or review training
60 DAYS: OPTIMISE PROCESSES
- Review billing reports for accuracy
- Check if your team uses Order Manager
- Schedule advanced training for features like Livesign VOI and AML/CTF checks
- Explore advanced capabilities such as property certificates and Insight360
90 DAYS: PREPARE FOR GROWTH
- Audit your user list to remove inactive users and add new users
- Set a monthly reminder for user audits
- Explore bulk tools for high-volume work
- Join a webinar or community event to learn best practices
- Request a usage report from your Account Manager to identify power users. Check in with these users to ensure they’re following best practices, for feedback and to identify any training needs.
