You can enjoy seamless access to PEXA via Search Manager 22, Open Practice, Matter Centre and via a network of practice and document management systems.

An electronic property settlement via Search Manager 22 costs the same as using PEXA, direct. However, if you nominate Dye & Durham as your PEXA Sponsor you also receive the following at no additional cost to save even more time and money. We also have dedicated eConveyancing Specialists who will support you through the process from end to end, as well as provide complimentary ongoing training and support.
AUSTRALIAN DOCUMENT VERIFICATION SERVICE (DVS)
Dye & Durham is an approved Gateway Service Provider for the Australian Government’s Document Verification Service (DVS).
Through API Connect you have access to the DVS which is an identity matching service that verifies an individual’s ID against Government Databases. The DVS enables you to comply with identity verification rules and compares your client’s Australian ID against official Government Records to determine whether it is valid and has not been reported lost or stolen. Australian ID that can be DVS checked includes.
- Access PEXA from a range of applications without separately launching or logging in.
- Pre-populate your land & property searches and manual settlement orders with matter data in your software.
- Seamlessly access PEXA through Open Practice, Matter Centre, and our network of integration partners including LexisNexis Affinity and LawMaster.
